From December to February we offer "Tasting Dinners",
"Discovery Dinners" and "Gastronomical Menus "
with a base of black truffles of the Périgord also called
"Black Diamond of the Kitchen".

Our "Tasting Dinners"

( min. 6 p. ) include :

a reading about

  • the history of the truffle,
  • the birth and the life of a truffle,
  • the various truffle species,
  • the methods of harvesting the truffel.

followed by the "cavage" (harvest) of truffle

followed by a "brouillade" with truffles served with a glass of Chinon.

Price: 30,00 euros/pers.

 

 

Our "Gastronomical Menus"

( min. 4 p. ) include :

a reading about

  • the history of the truffle,
  • the birth and the life of a truffle,
  • the various truffle species,
  • the methods of harvesting the truffel.

the excavation (harvest) of truffle

visit to a winnecellar and tasting with a wine grower of the area

in the evening a "Gastronomical Menu" similar to this one:
